Voice Translator & Dictionary. App Reviews

I just got this. I am a chaplain working with people and will testing it a lot. If it does what it says it does, I will be increasing the stars. If however, it doesnt, then of course I will reduce them. It looks promising though.

So accurate, it even knows slang

Great for quick casual talk with others. Would be even better if you can add other languages like Maltese!!

Very good app

Ive been using this app for about 5 minutes and it keeps asking me to review it. I click on review later and a minute later it asks me again. This continues every minute or so. It may be a great app. I would have liked to have had the time to use it before reviewing it. Maybe now it will let me continue. AVR

Ive been working on learning German as well as brushing up on my French - this app is an extremely useful addition to the apps I currently use. The updates are a tad frustrating, it seems to be under renovation all the time. It also takes several tries for the app to correctly identify the phrases Im trying to input vocally.

Ive only been using it for about five minutes and it is asking for a review already ... So, theyll get what they asked for. The voice recognition server is down they say, for an unspecified amount of time. Its 8:15 a.m. Eastern, btw, not the middle of the night. So I have not been able to try that at all. But the text to text/speech is startlingly good. Ive tried some simple phrases from English to Spanish, where I already know the language, and it is truly remarkable. Very fast. Of course, and alas, I have an iPod Touch, so I do have to be on wi-fi for it to work. So, I guess I could use to generate some phrases at home, take screen shots of them, and then use them as needed during the day. I gave it a 4star, hoping the voice to text/voice will be good too.

I really like the app....but, it needs to expand...,like North American Cree for example
